A privileged life, well lived.
Sandra lives and works in Kentucky with her husband Michael and their furbaby Pogie. She is employed in the field of sustainable transportation, serves on the board for two local nonprofits, and enjoys organizing community events.
Sandra is an aspiring author, Booktuber, whitewater kayaker, rider of bicycles, reader of books, and lover of all things outdoors.
Sandra and her husband custom built out a Promaster van back in 2018, and are constantly making upgrades to it. They plan to move into the van full time in the summer of 2023.
When she’s not doing any of the things above, Sandra loves bingeing sci-fi/fantasy shows, playing DnD, and hanging out with her family and friends. She spends a lot of time thinking about storytelling, climate change, the environment, land use, human behavior, and structural inequality. She believes every adventure is better when it’s followed by craft beer.
This is her blog.
(And by the way, it’s SAND-RUH, not “Saundra”.)
